Surrender of certificate.—Every election agent who ceases to carry on the management of election expenses shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Election Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2B of the manner in which every voting machine held by him has been disposed of.
