Application for registration.—Every domestic worker carrying on domestic work for wages shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 9, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every benefit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
