Surrender of certificate.—Every domestic worker who ceases to carry on domestic work for wages shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 9 of the manner in which every identity card held by him has been disposed of.
