Surrender of certificate.—Every depositor who ceases to carry on the making of deposits shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Banking Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every passbook held by him has been disposed of.
