Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
