Intimation of change.—Every mutawalli shall intimate to the Commissioner of Endowments, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
