Surrender of certificate.—Every workman who ceases to carry on employment in an industry shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
