Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the working women's hostel shall apply to the Local Complaints Committee in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Local Complaints Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
