Safe custody.—Every working women's hostel shall keep every register of children to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every register of children so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Local Complaints Committee within thirty days of the close of each year.
