Surrender of certificate.—Every working women's hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a working women's hostel shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Local Complaints Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every inspection report held by him has been disposed of.
