Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any working women's hostel dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Local Complaints Committee in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every institution then held; and the Local Complaints Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
