Surrender of certificate.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes who ceases to carry on the running of a hostel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every scholarship held by him has been disposed of.
