Surrender of certificate.—Every sanitation contractor who ceases to carry on the engagement of sanitation workers shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every assistive device held by him has been disposed of.
