Surrender of certificate.—Every employee who ceases to carry on the receipt of wages in a covered establishment shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every wage record held by him has been disposed of.
