Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stadium shall apply to the National Sports Board in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the National Sports Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
