Application for registration.—Every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall make an application for registration to the National Sports Board in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every result held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
