Intimation of change.—Every operator of a stadium shall intimate to the National Sports Board, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Sports Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
