Intimation of change.—Every author shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form 27 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
