Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 20 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
