Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any donor to a political party dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Election Commission in Form 2A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of voters then held; and the Election Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within ten days of its receipt.
