Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any landlord letting premises to foreigners dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Protector of Emigrants in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every employment contract then held; and the Protector of Emigrants shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
