Application for registration.—Every keeper of a slaughter house carrying on the slaughter of animals shall make an application for registration to the Development Authority in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every drain held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
