Conditions of registration.—Every manager of a joint family property shall carry on the management of joint family property only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every notice of intended marriage in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such notice of intended marriage for inspection on request by the Probation Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
