Surrender of certificate.—Every donor to a political party who ceases to carry on the making of donations to a political party shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2A of the manner in which every electoral roll held by him has been disposed of.
