Application for registration.—Every satellite communication operator carrying on the provision of satellite communication services shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every spectrum held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
