Production of records.—Every satellite communication operator shall, on request by the Wireless Monitoring Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the provision of satellite communication services is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any network not held at those premises.
