Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in minerals who ceases to carry on dealing in minerals shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every survey map held by him has been disposed of.
