Application for registration.—Every dealer in minerals carrying on dealing in minerals shall make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
