Surrender of certificate.—Every sub-tenant who ceases to carry on the sub-letting of premises shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every occupancy certificate held by him has been disposed of.
