Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sub-tenant shall apply to the Rent Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Rent Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
