Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form VIII and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
