Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the child care institution shall apply to the District Court in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the District Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
