Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in medical devices shall apply to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Appropriate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
