Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the scholarship disbursing institution shall apply to the Rehabilitation Council in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Rehabilitation Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
