Intimation of change.—Every counting agent shall intimate to the District Election Officer, in Form 2B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Election Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
