Application for registration.—Every warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GST APL-01, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every electronic way bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
