Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person carrying on an industry dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every waste manifest then held; and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
