Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on an industry shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form III and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
