Grant of certificate of registration.—The Environmental Appellate Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form VI within sixty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every sample of effluent stated in the application.
