Correction of entries.—The Environmental Appellate Authority may, on an application made in Form III by any person carrying on an industry or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
