Surrender of certificate.—Every patentee who ceases to carry on the working of a patent shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Plant Varieties Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
