Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered valuer shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
