Rule 7, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2011 [SA9-PEF]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a critical facility shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
