Maintenance of premises.—Every pension fund manager shall keep the premises where the management of a pension fund is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every annual account statement kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the management of a pension fund, and shall furnish to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 2, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
