Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal; and where the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 11 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
