Rule 30, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2011 [SA9-G8V]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered office keeper shall apply to the Regional Director in Form AOC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Regional Director shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
