Intimation of change.—Every registered office keeper shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form MGT-7 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
