Application for registration.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition carrying on the sale of arms and ammunition shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form VII, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every magazine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
