Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the Government of Haryana, in Form II and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Haryana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
