Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in fertilisers who ceases to carry on the sale of fertilisers shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every market fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
